The company was founded by owner Keenan Lunde, who saw a clear need for honest and fair foundation repair while working as a realtor. Time and again, he encountered homeowners facing confusing diagnoses, inflated repair recommendations, or a lack of clear explanations when foundation issues arose. Recognizing the importance of integrity and transparency in such a critical part of a home, Keenan set out to build a local company that homeowners could trust.
